The hotel business center is located at the crossing of Novy Arbat Street and the Garden Ring, one of the main city activity centers. The style and geometry of the building match the settled double row of Arbat high–rise buildings, and at the same time add modern features to the city ensemble.
Considering the developed character and altitude of the buildings along Novy Arbat Street and next ensemble of Smolenskaya Square, the hotel and business center have a complex dimensional and spatial composition and include the trade and administration area (3rd — 7th floors), forming the stylobate part which supports already developed building scale. The 15–storey office section and 9–storey hotel section rise over it. The highest volume of the construction is buried in reference to the Garden Ring level. Such location of the high–rise part of the complex allows to reveal the observation points for the best view to the building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from the Garden Ring. A guest entrance to the building and car access are designed from Novinsky Boulevard.
The hotel has 5–star category and is actually a multifunctional complex with developed underground area, restaurant group and administrative part. The residential group has rooms of various area and comfort.
