Design — 2001
Realization — 2005–2009

Diploma of the «Glass in Architecture — 2012» competition.

The very first drafts of the multifunctional complex showed the idea of uniting the space of the two adjoining districts confined by 1st Tverskaya–Yamskaya, Bolshaya Gruzinskaya, 1st and 2nd Brestskaya Streets from the urban development point of view.

The building located between 1st Tverskaya–Yamskaya and 1st Brestskaya Streets comprises retail space and parking situated on the three lower storeys and two underground storeys correspondingly. It is designated for offices, whereas in front of it there is a residential building of high comfort. It has shopping areas on the two lower levels, a fitness–center in 3–storey section with an accessible green roof and an underground two–level parking.

The dynamics of the architectural image is emphasized by a bright color solution: the design employs glass of extravagant pink color, that’s why the building complex gained the name of a «Pink Mist».

  • Number of parking places in parking — 374
