The building site is located in the Central administrative district and confined by Chaplygina, Makarenko, Zhukovsky Streets and Bolshoy Haritonyevsky Lane. The site looks on the building line of Zhukovsky Street adjoining the wall of the 6–storey residential building on the one side and the territory of the 7–storey administrative building on the other side. The main facade is facing Zhukovskogo Street.

An open garden terrace is designed over the one–storey part of the building looking to the building line of the street. Circular passage around the house is arranged for motor transport.

A three–storey semi–automatic parking by KLAUS is designated on the first and basement floors. Besides parking the basement accommodates utility premises.

The ground floor is occupied by the entrance hall, and all the upper floors are designated for offices and working rooms, furnished with modern electronic devices. Two stairs and two elevators provide vertical connection between the space–saving floors.

The design provides site improvement and landscaping, such as arranging vertical layout around the building with various road and sidewalk coverings; open garden terrace on the roof of the first floor including separate areas with green plants — trees, bushes, lawns.

Technical and economic performance:

  • Building area — 364 m²
  • Total area of the building — 1 692 m², including under–ground block — 300 m²
  • Total structural volume — 6 500 m³, including:
    • Under–ground block (technical floor) — 800 m³
    • Semi–automatic parking — 780 m³
  • Number of parking places — 20
  • Number of storeys — 5
