Realization — from 2006
The design provides the construction of a multi–storey building (from five to eleven storeys) for a multifunctional center with a two–level underground part. The center will comprise a bank, the Moscow Theater directed by O. Tabakov with the audience hall for 368 seats, office premises and underground parking.
The underground part of the building is significantly larger than the aboveground part. The latter will be improved by cobbling and landscaping. The building is rising from Sadovo–Sukharevskaya towards Gilyarovskogo Street. The facades are made from fiber–cement plates alternating with glass–units. Glass–units are triple–pane stain–glass windows in aluminium frames bronzed with anodic treatment. The Center has ventilated facades; the basement is decorated with granite plates.
