The development site is confined by 2nd Brestskaya Street, Yu. Fuchik Street, territory of Mosprojekt–2 design institute named after M. V. Posokhin and the territory of the existing 5–storey building.

The architectural solution of the complex is based on the contrast comparison of the new building with modern interpretation of facades and the existing historical building solved in traditions of the Russian modernist style.

The main entrance of the complex is located from 2nd Brestskaya Street; and entrance to the underground mechanized parking is from Yu. Fuchik Street.

The constructive basis of the building is represented by a monolithic reinforced concrete framework which includes stiffener elements in the form of elevator shafts and separate diaphragm–walls. The protecting structures are carried out by filling a framework with easy–concrete blocks or bricks with the subsequent heat insulation and fastening of ventilated facades. Granite, porcelain tiles, glass, aluminum are applied for outside finishing.
