The residential part of the building consists of five sections, each having two elevators. Two underground floors are occupied by the car parking. The stylobate roof houses an improved court — there we may find entrance groups of the residential part, a children’s playground, condominium premises etc. The residential apartments are situated from the third to the 15th floor, two on each landing.
