The two–section residential building is situated along the building line of Dayev and Ulansky Lanes, adjoining the historic buildings. The passage arches in the walls lead to the improved courtyard, the composition center of which is represented by a protruding part of the ramp of the underground parking.

The approved height level of 7 storeys is determined by the environment scale. The location of the house in the prestigious district of the city has predetermined the solution of apartments with increased comfort. The design provides for 5 types of apartments with improved comfort: from 1–room to 4–room apartments.

Both sections of the ground floor are joined by the entrance hall, from which one can enter through the main entrance in a residential zone from the lanes and also come out into the yard territory.

At the first floor level in the right part of the building the club zone for residents of the house is placed. The total area of 100 m² comprises a pool, a sauna, a restroom, a billiard room. It is possible to enter this part of the building from a lobby of a residential zone and from Ulansky Lane. Besides there are office rooms with separate entrances from Dayev and Ulansky Lanes on the first floor.

Facades of the building are solved in modern architectural style for harmony with local development; high–quality construction materials and metal in finishing are applied.
