Realization — 1995
The building site is located in a prestigious area on Rublevo–Uspenskoe highway on the outskirts of Moscow.
In 1990s it became possible to develop this territory. The architects faced two tasks then: the first was to make houses attractive to buyers as the customer expected to sell the built cottages; the second was urban planning. The authors had to resist the desire of the customer to erect as many buildings as possible, because the intense development could devalue the excellent natural conditions — at the building site there is beautiful scenery where relict pines grow on the sands. Creating comfortable houses, the architects tried to preserve every tree and make it so that neighbors couldn’t see each other out of the windows. Projects of several types of country houses for different families and different financial possibilities of future owners have been executed.
Most of the buildings are executed in historical styles characteristic of country houses of the beginning of the 20th century in Germany, England, and America which answered the inquiries of the customer.
