The Moscow Business Center is located on the left bank of the river Ishim, in a new administrative center of the capital of Kazakhstan not far from the palace of the president. The complex has an underground floor and 24 above–ground floors and includes hotel and office blocks, and also a shopping and entertainment area of about 20 000 m².
Structurally the center consists of the four–storey stylobate part with central atrium which includes a movie theater, a bowling and a fitness center and the 22–storey section with a two–level heightening of a panoramic restaurant. In the lower half of the high–rise building offices are located from the fifth to the thirteenth floor, hotel rooms are located above. The naval esthetic is chosen as a shape basis of the building. Sculptural large streamline shapes are emphasized with effective details: light vertical supports, an openwork tower with the TV antenna, horizontal lines of apertures. The composition center is a semi–ellipse imposed on the main facade, such approach is actively used lately thanks to broad development of facade systems.
Modern finishing materials made with advanced building technologies were used for finishing of the business center. The building is equipped with separate engineering systems integrated into the united «intellectual building» complex.
